ANAB's accreditation highlights commitment to maintaining the highest standards in certification.
(Houston) ABS Group has announced that its operating subsidiary, ABS Quality Evaluations, Inc. (ABS QE), one of the world's leading management systems certification bodies, has received global accreditation by the ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board (ANAB) for the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) OHSAS 18001 program.
OHSAS 18001 promotes safety and health in the working environment by providing a framework that helps organizations identify and control health and safety risks, reduce the potential for accidents, comply with regulatory requirements and improve overall performance. This global accreditation recognizes ABS QE's OHSAS services and demonstrates the Company's ongoing commitment to certification.
