ABS QE Achieves Accreditation for ISO 14001:2015

ABS Group announces that its operating subsidiary, ABS Quality Evaluations (ABS QE), has successfully been accredited by ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board (ANAB) to provide certification to ISO 14001:2015. ABS QE can issue ANAB accredited certificates to ISO 14001:2015 as of March 6, 2016. ISO 14001:2015 is the new version of the international environmental management standard, which was published September 15, 2015. The International Accreditation Forum (IAF) has identified a three-year transition period after the publication of the standard. At the end of the transition period, any certificates to ISO 14001:2004 will be obsolete. ABS QE will be hosting information webinars discussing the latest revisions in addition to offering various training courses, pre-audits and gap analyses to assist organizations preparing for the transition.
