Rheal Caron has more than 30 years of experience building and managing power plants as a power industry professional. He has performed due diligence on more than 100 power plants for acquisitions and provided Independent Engineering (IE) services for power plant due diligence. He also has performed ISO 55000 and enterprise asset management (EAM) gap analyses for several large power companies and has helped clients with ISO 55000 physical asset management implementation for the power industry. In addition, Rheal has developed procedures, processes and controls for ISO 55001, 55002 and PASS 55; performed Project Management for implementation of an Asset Management System based on ISO 55000 standard; and performed EAM assessments for organizations, including in the Pharmaceutical industry.
