AS9100D:2016 - Changes to Aerospace QMS Standard
The International Aerospace Quality Group (IAQG) has mandated that all aerospace, space and defense audits that have a start date after June 15, 2017 must be performed to the latest revision of the standards ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D:2016. This webinar will present the changes involved with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D:2016 as well as a review of the rules associated for organizations that will be transitioning their Quality Management System (QMS) from ISO 9001:2008 and AS9100C:2009 to ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D:2016.
This ABS Quality Evaluations (ABS QE) presentation will highlight all of the key changes related to the revisions. Our presenter will also explain the rules with which organizations must comply to complete transition audits per the AS9104-1 Supplemental Rule 003.
Participants attending should be: (1) those who are responsible for managing the certified organization's QMS; and (2) those who are responsible for implementing the recent changes completed by the IAQG so that the organization's QMS will be ready for ABS QE evaluation during upcoming transition audits.
